Drupal

The best open source platform around. Use by mayor brands like Yahoo, Sony, etc… it´s been awarded as the best CMS platform two years in a row. We just love it. Drupal it´s a mayor platform. We use it when your project needs more than publishing. For example, if you need users, blogs, newsletter, image galleries, forums, a store… Drupal it´s the way to go. You will have everything available and you can add moduls as you grow. For example, it´s normal to start with a home, a few pages and a blog. Later on, you can add a forum… and keep going. Drupal it´s flexible, easy to use, multilingual and escalable.

Wordpress

We use it for our own website. We think wordpress it´s the perfect tool for publishing. If you don´t want to do more than that, it´s perfect. We use it a lot for corporate websites. You have a great looking website where you can edit, add or remove content as you please.

Measuring the traffic

We think a website without the analytics it´s like half the work. We use Google Analytics because it´s simple and easy to understand. With Analytics, you can see how your traffic behaves, content they like and how to make your website more appealing to your audience.
If you are using adsense in your website, you may preffer other tools to measure your traffic.

Drupal and Wordpress are open source, they are free, open and there are thousands of people who you can work with. We think that gives peace of mind. Your website it´s yours and you can take it anywhere, you can export your content to other date base. You are the ultimate owner of your content, design and platform.
